Update the ABRicate databases #74
Description
Dear Galaxy Europe team,
I would like to request an update of the ABRicate databases (e.g., VFDB, ResFinder, PlasmidFinder, CARD, etc.) in the Galaxy Europe instance.
Some of the current databases appear to be outdated, and newer versions are available from the official sources.
