Some comments inline. Would be nice if we use the following structure instead of individual folders
-- sourmash
-- test-data
-- sourmash_plot.xml
-- sourmash_sketch.xml
-- macros.xml
-- shed.yml (This needs a suite defination)
added some macros added initial .shed.yml file (not final) added better assers
removed too big files
