The README content of plugin pages does not change after navigation.

TO REPRODUCE…

1. Go to any plugin page.
2. Click on any link in the Similar Plugins sidebar.
3. Scroll down to the README card.
4. See error

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
README card matches the rest of plugin details.
