Tab with the editor opens blank

Describe the bug
When i open a tab with the editor in it, the editor flashes in for a second then goes blank.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure you have a note open and then right click on the icon in the ribbon then click open to the right of the active area

Expected behavior
The tab should open with the markdown table editor in it.

Additional context
Adding log from dev tools here. It looks like based on things some people on the discord said, that an API has changed.

I had this happen yesterday and it turns out that in my case, at least, it seems to have been caused by having a Properties section in the note. I deleted the section and MTE now works again.

This is the new type of Properties that came with Obsidian v1.4.
