Run package tests in HPC-GAP 

I have built a docker container with HPC-GAP at https://github.com/gap-system/gap-docker-master-hpc. It currently applies some tweaks needed to run Jupyter, but both of them are already in the master branch and in the ZeroMQInterface release, so we can make a daily build of that Docker container, and run package tests in the main thread, to see how many packages will pass, and what will fail.
