Represent premium features better #2488

What would you like to be added:
Add premium features that currently need to be declared in the yaml to the newShoot Dialogue for easier accessibility. Alternatively document them in a single, concise document that lists them all.
- Cilium's hubble
- OpenStack Server Groups
- In my eyes, ideally this should be on per default, I don't see where the harm would be making OpenStack aware which nodes form a cluster and placing them seperately
- Registry Mirror's
- Alerting - email receivers
- Security - disabling ssh access
- Security - configuring etcd encryption
- Security - configure seccomp profile
- Security - configure podsecurity admission plugins
Why is this needed:
Currently Gardener is underselling what it can do due to these advanced configurations being spread all over the documentation.
Also talked about creating an issue about this in the hackathon preparation but didn't actually do so until now <3
