glvd: Add 'alternative IDs' concept #162

Related to and requirement for #161
There are various alternative naming systems for vulnerabilities, some created by companies like GitHub, some by other non-profit or government organisations such as EUVD.
An example of this concept is given here in EUVD:
It would be good if glvd had the option to save alternative IDs for a CVE.
