Nozzle size being ignored

I noticed that PrusaSlicerPressureAdvanceCalibration ignores the nozzle size on multi-extruder setups with different nozzle sizes. In my case I've installed a 0,4mm nozzle on extruder 1 and a 0,25mm nozzle on extruder 2.

When I prepare calibration for extruder 2, the calibration tool website still reports that i'm using a 0,4mm nozzle.

Fortunately the calibration still appears to do it's thing as intended. So not a real issue but it's confusing.

This turned out to be more complex and nefarious that I originally thought. I had tried this on my XL and it "worked" but I never tried with different sized nozzles or mixed filament types. So I was just getting 'lucky'.

Currently the tool to use is detected with primary_extruder, but this isn't explained anywhere. Its also not how Prusa Slicer works. If you assign the test object to print with an extruder other than the primary_extruder it wont correctly pick up the tool being used and what type of filament it has etc.

The right fix is to look in the start gcode for the last line where a tool change happens. So a T2 would indicate that tool number 3 is being used.

I'll make an update to fix this but its going to get rolled in with a bunch of refactoring and testing work. The UI will be updated to show the tool being used on multi-tool printers so this will be obvious.

Ok @ungutknut, this should be fixed. I tested it on my Prusa XL with multiple nozzle sizes, filament types etc. It now picks up the selected tool from the tool change gcode and then correctly selects all of the filament parameters by tool. Please give it a test and confirm.
