Is it possible to integrate with Windows text-to-speech and dictation?

Thank you for your great contribution to all the writers out there.
Two usefull features that would make a cool addition are dictation and text to voice from within the word processor. 
Please, look into the possibilities of an integration with Windows text to voice and dictation.
