Newly installed fonts don't get recognized

Hey! I have the following, small problem:
I installed some additional fonts on Windows, just via normal installation of .ttf or .otf formats.
Quoll Writer doesn't recognize the new fonts. Not in options, chapter font or fullscreen settings.
Completely reinstalling also doesn't work...do I need to add fonts in another way?

Other programs have no problem finding and listing the new fonts( for example Libre Office).

Thanks for the report. After doing some testing this is an issue with JavaFX, the underlying technology for QW. The workaround is to install the font for all users then restart QW. The font should then show up.

Version 21 of JavaFX apparently fixes the issue, which is that fonts generally only install for one user now in Windows 10+. However, I don't have any current plans to move QW to version 21 of JavaFX.

Let me know if installing for all users fixes the issue.

FIXED - This was the solution, thank you.
Sidenote: In Windows 11, "Install for all users" doesn't show up in the default context menu anymore -> You need to use the classic one( "show more options").
