Use gatsby-source-drupal's graphql endpoint to power other clients

I am pretty new to to GrahQL and Gatsby. But I really like the plugin's ability to generate schema for Drupal.

I wonder, is it possible to use the generated GraphQL endpoint as a backend for other clients, for example, a mobile app? (I'd imagine it needs to be hosted by a Node server then.) Or, maybe the schema can be exported somehow?
