Gatsby Lifecycle Hooks Visual Guide?

Hi, I'm wondering if someone knows of and can point me to the resource I'm looking for, if it exists.

I love Gatsby and the aspect I struggle with the most is trying to understand the lifecycle and its hooks. The Gatsby docs are great, but I feel like the learning curve jumps from super easy to very complex, where the docs assume you know a lot that's not being explained (from an intermediate JavaScript and React developer perspective).

This page is pretty helpful and it looks like a work-in-progress, but leaves me with questions.

Is there a resource with a comprehensive view of the Gatsby lifecycle? Maybe a visual guide? When you search "react component lifecycle visual guide" there are tons of resources and I wish there was something like that for Gatsby. Would also love to contribute to making one but I don't understand it enough yet.

Does anyone else struggle in this area?
