gatsby-plugin-preload-fonts in CI

Hey,

I'm trying to figure out of to automatically generate the font-preload-cache.json in a CI like gh actions.

Should I start a development environment in the CI? Are there other alternatives?

The objective is to find a method to generate the cache automatically, I don't want that a new developer runs the preload-fonts script every time manually.
