Gatsby Source WordPress Plugin

Can anyone explain how to query WordPress blog posts to have them load on an internal page; i.e. "/blog" instead of the home page? It seems this plugin, by default, loads the blog post archive on the initial page of the site. It would be nice to have some sort of hint or direction within the tutorials on how to accomplish this.
