Using Gatsby V3 with Jest, Storybook

Moving to V3 has been incredibly rocky, as all of our support tools have stopped working when upgrading to V3. Is there a definitive basic setup to be using Jest and Storybook with V3 (and presumably webpack 5)? The last step I'm up against is getting Storybook to work with CSS Modules set up the preferred way. I'm endlessly searching for a happy path here and I'm only finding partial implementations and hacks. Any pointers would be really appreciated.
