Flicker (FOUC) on page load and page refresh

Hey folks,

We are facing a flicker issue/FOUC with our website. Have researched a lot of threads on the internet, github issues, stackoverflow but nothing has helped yet. The site can be viewed here - https://crio-sandbox.netlify.app/

At the moment, we are running Gatsby v2.32.10 but the same issue persists on v3 as well. We use TailwindCSS along with SCSS.

The root cause still remains unknown. Any help would be appreciated :)

P.S: I'd be happy to share any other info if needed.
