Full UIkit Integration - Icons don't work

Hi,

I can't figure out how to integrate UIkit and Gatsby. Most things are working, but UIkits icons don't show up.

I made a real simple reproduction/starter. Perhaps one can take a look and show me the right direction. The reproduction is just a hello-world starter clone and one NPM install: npm install --save uikit
