Avoid duplicate content file system route API

I'm using file system route API to generate 2 different content type, let just say blog and snippet. Both of them using markdown.

├── content
│    ├── blog
│    │    └── foo.md
│    └── snippet
│         └── bar.md
└── src
     └── pages
          ├── blog
          │    └── {MarkdownRemark.frontmatter__slug}.js
          └── snippet
                └── {MarkdownRemark.frontmatter__slug}.js

The problem is gatsby generates all markdown (foo,md and bar.md)

• /blog/foo
• /blog/bar
• /snippet/foo
• /snippet/bar

Any idea how to prevent this behaviour?
