querying allMdx returns more than the files i have

graphql query returns 4 more null files that do not exist, my /docs folder has only 1 file (index.mdx) (the last one in query result)
I am unsure where to start looking to debug this issue and I just installed the extension, cleared cache, restarted the server and the pc! any help on how to debug this is appreciated.
