How set a title before loading a page

There is a small problem I use gatsby and helmet for SEO. Pages' titles show correctly. But if I click on a link and chose open in new tab. I see in the title only a path that Link contains unless I enter this tab.I understand that my component starts rendering only after I enter this tab but I have a task to correct it.Is there a way to set a title before rendering?
P.S.It's my first experience to write to forum so may I didn't explain everything very clearly.If something isn't clear enough for you ask me and I'll try to say it using other words.
