SEO internal and external links problem while crawl.

In my application, I have a dynamic screens which created through create pages which doesn't have any links inside the screen,
links will be available in the common header and footer,
but the crawling SEO with ahrefs.com it shows screen has,

1. orphan pages (no internal links),
2. no outgoing links
3. redirected page has no incoming internal links

Please let me know, is there any possible ways to make crawler identify links from footer and header as the links of redirected screen
or any other solution to fix this problem.
