Gatsby + Shopify Source Plugin - Option to set locale and source translated content?

Hi,

The whole source plugin is really great, but there is one big thing missing and that is the option to actually set a locale and get only translated collections/products back. For instance I would like to have a setup like the following:

Default Domain and Language: Domain.com

  {
        resolve: "gatsby-source-shopify",
        options: {
          password: process.env.SHOPIFY_SHOP_PASSWORD,
          storeUrl: process.env.GATSBY_SHOPIFY_STORE_URL,
          shopifyConnections: ["collections"],
        },
      },

German Website: Domain.de

  {
        resolve: "gatsby-source-shopify",
        options: {
          password: process.env.SHOPIFY_SHOP_PASSWORD,
          storeUrl: process.env.GATSBY_SHOPIFY_STORE_URL,
          shopifyConnections: ["collections"],
         locale: "de-DE"
        },
      },

And get exact the same data back, but then with the translated titles/handles etc.

Its great for SEO to have a setup like this, but we've been delayed for over six months now to expand abroad and I'm almost reaching the point that I regret my decision to develop this ecommerce store with Gatsby instead of Nextjs for instance.
