How to increase body size limit for Gatsby's refresh endpoint?

I read in the docs that it is possible to increase the allowed body size here: https://www.gatsbyjs.com/docs/reference/functions/middleware-and-helpers/#custom-body-parsing

We have this problem when triggering webhooks calling the /__refresh endpoint.

How do I change the configuration and increase the allowed body size of Gatsby's embedded refresh-endpoint?
