Considering ignoring `@Deprecated` classes by default or add an option to globally do so

When a class is Deprecated with the @Deprecated annotation, the intention is to "delete it at some point" rather than to spend time modernizing it.

The current workaround involves adding @SuppressModernizer which works but it is not great
