Adding store pickup selector

Hey Gavin - really liked the Def Guide to Shopify themes...was super helpful so thank you!

In Chapter 7 you discuss adding a store pickup selector in the Checkout and it says the code is in this repo however I have not been able to locate it.

I realize is this for Shopify Plus customers only but my client has Shopify Plus and wants to implement this feature (with some modifications).

Is there any way you can post the code required to set this up? Namely, the JavaScript to detect when a customer selects 'Store Pickup' and additionally, saving this as a cart attribute that can be sent with their order.
