`gz msg -i` Short Option Argument Parsing: -i value Not Supported, Only -ivalue Works

Description

• Expected behavior: use gz msg -i gz.msgs.Twist and get information correctly
• Actual behavior: can not get information

Steps to reproduce

1. gz msg -i gz.msgs.Twist

Output

--info: 1 required TEXT missing
Run with --help for more information.

when I use gz msg -igz.msgs.Twist to get information , it can work. After I try to locate it , it may be caused by
the CLI verison is too low.
