Exa is unmaintained, switching to eza

Describe the bug
Exa is now unmaintained. I think we should switch to eza fork instead.

Just want to note that I went to reinstall exa because recently I started getting dylib crashes in this plugin's output, and I get the following error:

$ brew reinstall exa
Error: exa has been disabled because it is not maintained upstream! It will be disabled on 2024-01-24.

I wonder if eza is just a drop-in replacement?
