[arenabuddy] Update application icons and add icon to icons directory (#277)

# Updated Application Icons

This PR updates the application icons with a new design. The changes include:

- Replaced the existing icon.ico in the assets directory
- Updated the icon.png in the assets directory
- Added a new icon.ico file in the icons directory

The new icons provide a refreshed look for the application while maintaining brand consistency.
