+By submitting a contribution to any Sherlock project repository, you agree to the following terms.

+## Grant of Rights
+
+You grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:
+
+- Use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contributions
+- Re-license your contributions under the project’s open source license and/or commercial licenses
+
+## Ownership
+
+You retain copyright ownership of your contributions. This agreement grants rights, not ownership.
+
+## Representations
+
+You represent that:
+
+- You have the legal right to submit the contribution
+- The contribution is your original work or you have permission to submit it
+- The contribution does not infringe third-party rights
+
+## No Warranty
+
+Contributions are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
+
+## Acceptance
+
+Submitting a contribution constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
