@jhnwllr I am wondering if we shouldn't have a second condition that Delta alluaudi (Perkins, 1895) should be Delta alluaudi (Perez, 1895).
I cannot find anywhere that the authorship should be (Perkins, 1895) and the paper linked by the issue author shows (Perez, 1895).

You are correct. The species should be: Delta alluaudi (Pérez, 1895) (note the diacritical mark as well)
