Qv and Zv are not exposed in Safemoney #9
Description
The modules Qv and Zv are not exposed in Safemoney. Since there are functions there making explicit Qv.t and Zv.t values they ought to be available. Otherwise we can only access them as Safemoney__.Qv which isn't really supposed to be used.
