V2 support

Hello!

It seems the custom activity interface has changed substantially in data factory:

Do I still need this library?
Or is there something else we devs can use to debug?

well, custom activities in ADF v2 is basically just calling an executable which you can easily develop offline anyway
the parameterization is of course another topic - but I had not had any time yet to look into this
