Since AptaTrans (see #10) uses AptaMCTS (Monte Carlo Tree Search) in its pipeline, a clean implementation of AptaMCTS is an important pre-requisite for AptaTrans.

Todo: add a clean, simplified Python implementation of AptaMCTS to the repository.
