Create new directories to organise files

This repo was intended for learners to push their papers written during the course, but equally I'm very happy to receive jokes as PRs.
It would be good to put all the jokes into one directory, and papers into another.

After creating a new jokes directory, you could move files using the syntax below, which will also stage your changes for committing.

git mv [file] [directory]
