ethexe: make node-loader load multiple validator nodes #5169

Problem to Solve
At the moment ethexe-node-loader focuses on loading dev ethexe node. We should support loading multiple validator nodes to concretely verify our consensus and network functionality.
Possible Solution
Add functionality to load multiple validators at a time. Running this test locally might be problematic so maybe also add another flag to ethexe CLI to spawn multiple validators which are all using one single anvil node.
