Dashboard integration with dashing.io

Push coverage numbers to an instance of http://dashing.io/ to advertise your coverage numbers on a big LCD to the whole team.

I've got this working as a local hack to grunt-blanket-mocha.  Need to extract it out into a proper plugin.
