pihole: 503 Service unavailable... But Grafana works

Okay, feels like I'm missing something blindingly obvious

• Just did a fresh clean re-install of everything on my rasberry pi 4b
• ran the pi image creation tool (on my mac) and installed latest 64bit pi OS
• system is up, logged in as pi user,
• ran through the steps in Jeff's instructions,
• rebooted the pi
• on port 192.168.x.x:3030 I now have Grafana back up and running and all is good there
• but on the main pihole web page 192.168.x.x/admin I get 503 Service Temporarily unavailable

There were no errors reported when running "ansible-playbook main.yml"
