Update sql-server extension using gemini cli failed

Environment

windows 11 home

Current Behavior

when i try to update extension using gemini cli from windows terminal it failed an give error operation not permitted.

Expected Behavior

it should update to latest version of extension

Steps to reproduce?

1. open gemini cli in terminal
2. in gemini iterface type /extensions update --all then press enter
