Hello maintainers,

I am a Google Developer Expert and I have developed a new extension for Neo4j that follows the same pattern as the sql-server extension. It uses the genai-toolbox binary and its built-in neo4j tool. The complete, working code is available on my personal repository here: https://github.com/RubensZimbres/gemini-cli-neo4j-extension

Would you be open to creating an official gemini-cli-extensions/neo4j repository and pulling in this implementation? I'm happy to help with the transfer or open a PR once the repo exists. The code was tested successfully.
