Create a report with all diamond structures

Not clear if ad-hoc reports belong in this repo but let's start by keeping here

You know I'm going to argue for doing analysis and reporting in a separate repo that can use gocam-py as a dependency 😁

But if we do start by keeping it here we should maybe at least think about some structure. Currently we're looking at:

• notebooks/slimmer (already in main)
• docs/analysis (would be introduced by Pathway stats #116)
• scripts and src/gocam/analysis (would be introduced by feat: Diamond pattern detector for identifying paralog groups in GO-CAM models #123)

I might suggest reorganizing all of that into a top-level analysis directory. That would make it easier to extract it to a separate project or even uv workspace later, if desired.
