• Make mouse models: gomodel:693b3c0900004487
• Although all of the reactions in this pathway are mapped to [GO:0006564] L-serine biosynthetic process, some of the reactions are downstream. I will make the mouse model consistent with the fly model made by @rozaru, ending with the production of L-serine.
• I'm not sure that the function of the SERINs strictly fit the definition of a trans-membrane transporter here since the reaction shows that they bring serine to the plasma membrane. I'm going to give the mouse a molecular carrier activity although molecular adaptor activity might also fit.
