• For reaction R-HSA-70596, the blurb says that the reaction can proceed in both directions, but the pathway diagram only shows one. PMID:34450065 provides evidence that in HSCs, that reaction proceeds in the opposite direction and the aspartate generated can be used for asparagine synthesis.
  The reverse reaction already exists - R-HSA-70613 "GOT2 transaminates OA and L-Glu" - and is annotated as a reverseReaction of 70596.

• R-HSA-372448 can be better mapped to [GO:0000515] "aspartate:glutamate, proton antiporter activity" if it isn't on the block for obsoletion.
