cg-tools not included in the distribution of genesis

Dear developers, after following the tutorials you provided, I just found that the genesis-cg-tools is not provided in the source code of genesis. Although I have successfully installed the genesis and passed all the tests

Dear developers, just noticed that, for cg_convert its description is directly copied from crd_convert, revision was required for file cc_control.f90 and cc_control.fpp under the directory of converter/cg_convert/
