Artillery Not Working #168

Hello,
I have been having trouble with the artillery support not working lately on version 3.3.3. I have tried on a locally hosted server and singleplayer with the artillery enabled, with a time and without. I also have tried it with multiple different factions. The artillery almost never activates to help a squad needing it, leaving squads to die, rendering artillery useless, etc. I was wondering if there was a known issue to this, if this is due to something build it, if it was being fixed, etc, because this has been an issue for a little bit. I have tried with and without mods as well.
Edit: I have another friend who is having the same issue, mortar teams, artillery trucks, rocket trucks, all don't work
Anyways, this isn't of too high of importance, and I also want to thank you for the hard A$$ work you're putting into your mod, and I can not wait for the full release of update 3.4.0!
