Can't run the mod anyway

So I tried to port from GTA V HUD from DK22Pac to this HUD but it won't run doesn't matter what I do. I tried to install on modloader, on the base game directory, everywhere and it just won't change anything on the game. Tried disabling all other mods I had, including the ones who doesn't seem to have nothing to do with the hud mod. Obviously I disabled (and tried deleting) the old GTA 5 HUD mod but it didn't do nothing too. Right now I tried anything but I think I kinda messed with my game on the last try because I've overwrited the bass.dll on main directory for the bass.dll on the mod folder, but it didn't change anything inside the game too. Everywhere I try to install it, it doesn't work. Plus I'm sorry for my bad english :)
