Allow Configuration to Replace Default Factories

Allow users to configure Moo so that the default factories are different. Configuring a factory on each domain object if you want a different default behaviour (for instance, using a Google collection instance) could be repetitive and annoying.

I don't need this currently, but I can imagine someone might want it. If you do, vote for it.
