Field and Method Prefixes for Source Properties

Although fields and methods can be used for source properties in Moo using either the reflection source property factory, there is no way of choosing explicitly within a source expression which you desire.

Might be nice to allow source expressions like field:manager or method:getManager.

I don't currently need this, so I'm not scheduling it.

If we do this, we may need to break out source property prefixes into its own wiki section; at the moment, the only one is 'mvel:' so it's covered in the 'extension' page.
