Download Climate Data: Make it more FAIR

The download is currently not complete, as essential metadata is not provided to the user. To avoid opening the file to add during download and/or as (temporary) for unfixed metadata, the Download should contain:

• General Readme (what has been downloaded, from where ,and when..)

• Complete prov file (not only the last step)(-> @geofranzi check/prepare export script)

• Metadata (as provided via the portal)

• add those files to the WGET download list

• check if "zip" on download would work (or if zip is a huge issue for the big datasets ...maybe zip without compression possible?)
