* Flesh out some content on building a MyST website

Both on JupyterLab and locally

* Add instructions to register access to more repos from CryoCloud

* Display email link and add social links for authors

* Rework the "What is MyST" and "Building a website with MyST" sections

* Restructure remaining content TODOs with exercises

* Categorize as tutorial

* Add "Where we are going" callout

* Fill out exercise A

* Add consistent structure to all exercises

* Populate exercise B content

* Add transition sentence
