Improve landing page UX, prereqs, schedule (#63)

* Add what/where/when section to top

* Move abstract under its own header

This header can't be named "Abstract" or it gets treated differently.
Maybe there's a workaround for this but I don't know it.

* Mention provided food/drinks

* Add provided meal details to schedule

* Add fully-charged computer prereq

* Add CoC to prereqs

* Add Slack prereq

* Add AGU identifier for workshop

* Add link to other GeoJupyter community events
